¡Planeamos presentar una queja contra esta empresa y esta sucursal en particular! Hace dos días, llevamos un coche en perfecto estado a mantenimiento. Tras la intervención de los empleados de la empresa, nuestro coche ya no arranca. Cada día escuchamos nuevas versiones de cómo ocurrió esto y qué hay que reparar exactamente, ¡a pesar de que devolvimos el coche en perfecto estado! Los empleados son incompetentes, ¡y la gerencia ni siquiera intenta resolver el problema causado por su empresa! ¡Horrible! 😞

Avoid this place at all costs! I brought my car for an oil and filters change. After two hours they told me my car didn’t start because of the problem with the fuel pump. I gave them the car that was fully functioning and they returned to me a piece of metal on wheels. The car doesn’t start and nobody even cares for it. All the time that I’ve spent here they are telling me to wait for some person. And then this person tells me to wait for another person and this goes on and on. This is insane to bring in a car for a simple service and get back the one that doesn’t start. If you value your time and mental health better choose another service station. Norauto and quality service are two different things that don’t combine
