En el ayuntamiento se han dado casos en los que se niega el empadronamiento a personas sin domicilio fijo, a pesar de que la ley garantiza este derecho a todos los residentes. Incluso cuando se inicia el trámite y se promete una visita para verificar la residencia, no se cumple con el seguimiento ni se finaliza el proceso. Esta falta de acción vulnera derechos fundamentales y deja a muchas personas sin acceso a servicios básicos. Es urgente que se respeten los protocolos legales y se garantice el empadronamiento sin discriminación.
