Very rude and incompetent staff. I was there today to buy new kitchen appliances. While we were waiting for half an hour for a lady from the staff to speak on the phone, (and finally waved her hand and said this is not my department) a gentleman in civilian clothes came and started to explain in a loud voice that we should not bother the staff but make an appointment. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior anywhere else in the world. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. STAY AWAY.

If I had zero stars to give, I would. Waiting over 40min to speak to a customer representative of the computer section. Very few workers and the ones there don’t feel like attending customers. Poor customer service. Very poor customer service! I want someone to tell me Media Markt’s competition so that I can go there instead.

He comprado en varios establecimientos de la franquicia desde Málaga hasta Marbella y con diferencia este es el peor: para empezar siempre está vacío lo cual hace incomprensible que nunca haya nadie disponible en las secciones correspondientes para atender, además he de añadir que el criterio de selección del personal es nefasto ya que el conocimiento sobre la materia brilla por su ausencia; pero lo peor de todo es que fui a comprar un monitor de gaming y la persona que me atendió me puso como obligatorio para llevármelo contratar un seguro contra rotura y avería (el cual después pude ver en la web de dicho seguro que es totalmente opcional y voluntario). En fin, desaconsejo completamente comprar en este establecimiento. Se ve que es el único del área y se aprovechan de que no hay otros locales en toda la costa Oeste de Málaga.
