We enjoyed our stay at Eurostar oasis Marbella. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach (Ancon playa). We stayed on the first floor. King bed. Shower, no bath tub. Private patio. Facing the Pool (we didn’t use the pool, since it’s winter time) and breakfast included. The buffet was perfect. The ppl who work here are VERY very accommodating. The location of the hotel is also very convenient for catching the bus to Estepona /Algeciras. Oh! I almost forgot! They also have a spa & gym downstairs! The spa can be reserved 20€ for an hour. And You’ll get to use the pool, hot & cool showers, the sauna privately, without disturbance. It was the most relaxing experience. We absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again when we come back to Marbella!

Het voelde voor ons aan als een zakelijk hotel. Wat ik zeker wil vermelden dat het personeel bij het ontbijt zeer vriendelijk was. We zijn 6 dagen geweest en ze hebben de kamer nooit gepoetst, enkel handdoeken verwisseld.

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique à l'Eurostars oasis Marbella. L'hôtel est situé dans un joli quartier très calme et très proche de Puerto Banús, la chambre était vraiment spacieuse. La propreté est remarquable et le personnel très sympathique. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Let’s start with the mattresses and pillows: I experienced slight discomfort but I guess these things are subjective. Hygiene and cleanliness: the rooms are almost spotless except for a few details that I don’t think any housekeeping staff would’ve been able to catch. A disrespectful guest left an unsanitary treat in the hygiene bags packet and hid so well but my luck made this treasure find me. I’ve notified the staff to replace the packet but they only removed the used pad until thankfully Ms. Sameera came and understood my concern and replaced the packet and took care of other details in the room that brightened up the room. Tip: the coaster on the nightstand not really a coaster! It’s the desc to be placed on the bed if you wish to change your bed sheets 😂 Breakfast buffet: I would like to thank Señor Xavi for his hospitality. The vegan food was limited in the budge but all Xavi had to do is move his magical wand to transform my table into a healthy, nourishing and vegan delight. Tip: do not skip the olive oil! Toast your bread, spread the oil and enjoy. The pool: I didn’t get to tan or swim but it looked clean and beautiful. The landscaping of the garden is what I admired the most in the hotel. Location: not a problem if you have a car. It’s just 15 to 20 minutes away from the most common Marbella attractions, that’s an hour walk. The reception staff are professional, polite and welcoming. They are quick to act and can manage conflicts. When I complained about the hygiene packet issue, I was offered compensation immediately to resolve the issue. I would like to thank Sameera and Xavi again for gifting us carefree stay.

Fran nos recibio con mucha amabilidad y entusiasmo, nos explico la ubicación del hotel a donde dirigirnos, que visitar, muchos tips que fueron de frab ayuda. La habitación amplia con una salita y terreza en donde puedes tomar el sol o desayunar por las mañanas, con vista al area de la alberca(muy chula BTW), la cama bastante comoda dormi muy rico. El desayuno es bufete y es basto en opciones y sabores Lo recomiendo. La playa esta bastante cerca, en el hotel te prestan las toallas y caminas máximo unos 8 mins pasando por un desnivel ( importante que pregunten donde esta, por que cruzar la avenida es una locura). Lo único que no me encanto fue el Gym es muy pequeño y que mi habitación tenia un falso contacto las luces, que para mi fueron pequeñeces a comparación de la estación tan agradable que tuve en el hotel. Lo recomiendo!
