You Rogues have Stolen my deposit 1500 euros for damages you claim for the Tv in my rental Villa 2 weeks ago. You wait two weeks to tell me you are not returning 1500?? Childrens finger prints are not damage but your cleaners responsibilty that you charged in the contract 450 euros….you thieves. Ask your cleaners to turn TV on by the remote control and send me a video of it not working. Theft of my deposit is against the law and I heard you only do this to top up your agency fees from the villa owners . Never again will we rent a property from you and lesson learnt not to recommend Vacation Marbella to anybody else for this

Customer service is mediocre, they say one thing but if it turns out not as they say, they just ignore the message. We stayed at one of their properties in Puerto Banus, it’s a decent apartment. But the quality is nowhere near luxury. “Newly painted” but you can see it was not done well. 2 star is a fair rating. Not at all luxury. Could do a lot better. Cannot recommend, especially because of their service.
