Honest opinion: Pricey and sometimes a bit slow to reply or deliver repairs, but definitely worth the money and time. We bought a house in Old Town Estepona with damp problems that had been hidden by the seller. We chose Humilogic because they were the only ones who carried out a proper root cause analysis before suggesting a solution. We ended up paying about 4x more than other vendors quoted, but Humilogic really took the time to diagnose the actual root cause of the damp issues instead of just covering them up - which is essentially what everyone else was proposing. So far, so good; the problems seem to have been resolved and haven’t returned for a couple of months. I suppose we’ll need to wait until next winter to be fully sure, but things are looking very promising. Plus, Humilogic provides a warranty on their work, which adds extra peace of mind. Como arquitecto y profesional de la construcción, son nuestra única recomendación para soluciones frente a la humedad. Cuando te enfrentas a un problema de filtración o condensación, lo ultimo que quieres es que la solución se base en suposiciones, quieres que se solucione de forma eficiente, rápida y sin que el problema se repita y para eso, se tiene que contar con profesionales que ponen gran cantidad de medios, conocimiento y experiencia al servicio de cada intervención. Es muy importante contar con la garantía sobre el trabajo hecho, pero es mas importante no necesitarla y esa es su especialidad. Han realizado decenas de trabajos para nuestros clientes, siempre con éxito y con una atención fantástica. Mas que recomendables, imprescindibles en la Costa del Sol.

Wir haben vor kurzem ein Haus im Zentrum von Marbella gekauft. Obwohl es neu gebaut wurde, entdeckten wir bald ernsthafte Probleme mit Feuchtigkeit und daraus resultierendem Pilzwachstum. Wir haben uns an Humilogic gewandt, mit Carles, einem hervorragenden Fachmann, der eine Diagnose der Probleme stellte. Nach der Beseitigung des Schimmels installierten sie in Rekordzeit, mitten in der Weihnachtszeit, ein modernes Lüftungssystem, das nicht nur das Problem löste, sondern auch die Luftqualität erheblich verbesserte. Diese Verbesserung macht sich vor allem nachts bemerkbar, da man besser schlafen kann, ohne ständig die Fenster öffnen und schließen zu müssen. Ich kann Carles und sein Team zu 100 % empfehlen.
