A very bad experience with this company....

A very bad experience with this company. They charged approx. 86 Euros for an assessment of my A/C, repairs required etc. but six months later we are still waiting for an Estimate, which we were told would follow ''in' a few days''. This despite numerous requests and also emails to some gentleman named Manuel, quoting the original visit date and invoice number for the assessment. We received one email reply which requested in which they requested details of our address so they they could make an assessment!. I am writing this review in case any other prospective customer get's stung the way we did whereby you pay an upfront fee and no follow up occurs. If you are non-Resident or non fluent in Spanish I would definitely avoid.

Me han instalado el aire hoy mismo y la verdad muy contenta, trabajan muy bien. Si queréis poner Aire acondicionado, os recomiendo , este sitio, atienden muy bien la chica encantadora en la tienda para explicarte marcas y pros y contras y todas la dudas y los chicos que hacen el montaje ,muy bien
