Man maß ja einen Stern geben. Hatte grade einen online Termin mit einer Mitarbeiterin, und ich muss sagen, mit dieser Agentur auf keinen Fall. Gestern beim Erstkontakt sagte ich ihr schon, weshalb ich meinen Lebensmittelpunkt von der Costa Blanca an die Costa del Sol verlegen möchte/muss. Davon wusste sie heute nichts mehr. Einmal habe ich ihr die Frage beantwortet, dann fragte sie nochmal. (Es handelt sich um ein traumatisches Erlebnis), mit aller Mühe konnte ich die Tränen runterschlucken, da fragt die doch glatt zum dritten Mal. Daraufhin habe ich aufgelegt. Einmal kann man etwas vergessen, ok. Aber doch nicht dreimal innerhalb von nicht einmal 10 Minuten. Noch nie so eine oberflächliche und empathielose Maklerin getroffen. Mit dieser Agentur kaufe ich sicherlich nicht!

Hello- We worked with Kateryna to buy an Estepona property in November. We would have been lost without her. She was fantastic!! She worked with us from Alemania via video several times before we arrived. Once we arrived, she spent the next 2 days with us showing us many properties along the Costa del Sol. She worked with us thru the purchase process and was always well prepared, very knowledgeable about all aspects of the purchase process, and most professional. We would recommend her to anyone without ANY reservations. Her ability to speak several languages was very helpful also. Thanks Kateryna!
