Received a 5-star service from start to finish. Sales agent was easy to work with, had some good discussions what would look best and i visited their shop in San Pedro where i could see the products and it was easier to decide on colors etc. it was installed ahead of planned time in a busy period so LUMON kept their promises to the dot. All documents was electronically signed so that part of the process was also excellent. 1 month after installation very pleased with the product and it gave me a complete different new “indoor” space in my apartment. The sales team speak very good English so it was easy for me to communicate with them. Would highly recommend this branch and this product.

Pues aquí tenéis el detalle, tiradores desalineados y cero responsabilidad del servicio postventa cuando el comercial confirmó antes de la colocación que los tiradores podían ir a la altura de la barandilla....¿Esto es el estándar Lumon? Mucho cuidado de lo que te venden a lo que instalan....

La mejor obra que hemos hecho nunca. Estamos encantados con el resultado y con el equipo de profesionales que hemos tenido la suerte de tratar. Desde el comercial hasta los montadores. Todo han hecho un magnífico trabajo y ha habido una comunicación muy fluida, aún cuando el encargo nos parecía muy difícil. Encantados, gracias !!!

Further update: As noted I wrote an email to this company’s client services department, explaining my request for service, as I was directed to do in their response to my original review. It has now been three weeks and I’ve received no reply from them AT ALL! Obviously, they are uninterested and inept. If they can’t even manage to attend to such a simple matter, imagine how poorly they must do the actual work. I will never consider paying them for anything. Update, to Lumon: I do not use my real name on public websites. My experience is true and accurate. Given your reply, I will send an email we shall see how responsive you prove to be. The company seems to be a mess. My comment is for the Marbella branch because it’s the closest to my residence, and I thought I was calling them specifically when I called. Apparently, I reached some central office, maybe Malaga, who knows? My condo has Lumon, installed in 2018, by the previous owner. As I doubt he ever had it serviced, and we have recently experienced some minor problems, I contacted them by phone. I spoke with a pleasant woman, explained that I wanted general maintenance service but wanted to discuss the budget first. She told me one of their customer representatives would call me the next day. That was almost two weeks ago. No one has contacted me, at all. I guess they don’t want to be bothered and are content to lose a potential customer.
