A Warning to Potential Buyers from Cronos! Before you decide to purchase an apartment from the company Cronos, please be aware. They promise a lot and deliver little. The neighboring developments, Oasis 325 Phase 1 and 2, were also built by Cronos. After a year, the indoor pool is out of order because they can't find a construction flaw that's causing it to leak. The saunas are designed for household use and break down immediately, as there are over 80 apartments in the complex. The elevators didn't work for over half a year because every rainstorm caused a mechanism failure. In the six months following the handover, they were only able to fix 40 material defects, leaving over 220 unresolved. We have no idea when these issues will be addressed. They claim that the construction and equipment are of superior quality. This is simply not true. In the kitchen alone, they installed the cheapest appliances, for example, the cook-top only has three burners, the refrigerator is very small, and the extractor fan works poorly. Additionally, the monthly costs are high, and Cronos has ensured they are even higher by leasing electrical power that we don't need. I strongly advise against making a purchase.
