Mal servicio. Tras contratar servicio de revisión/mantenimiento de aerotermia con dos visitas anuales han pasado ya 11 meses y no se ha realizado ninguna de las visitas contratadas. No recomendable.

Le pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos. Le llamo de urgencia un jueves por un Panasonic Aquarea que salta fallo de presión, me dice que la agenda ya la tienen cerrada para la semana y les digo que me da igual la garantía, que les pago el servicio de urgencia, a lo que me dicen que me llamarán. El lunes vuelvo a llamarles y me dicen que ya me llamarán y nada. La semana siguiente vuelvo a llamar y les digo que a ver si una urgencia para ellos es así su atención. Han pasado 5 semanas y sigo esperando la llamada....... Seriedad: 0 Formalidad: 0 Profesionalidad: 0 Recomiendo no perder el tiempo en llamar, es mejor buscar otras soluciones.

It's apparent that all positive reviews are of friends and family. The negative reviews are actual as I have received the same experience. They were called to fix my heater and after 2 hours of 'service' they told me to let system run for 24 hours for it to work. They charged 181€ for the visit. The system never worked and I still have the same issues. I called them and told them that they need to come back a fix what I paid for. After 3 months of waiting they told me they would come back but I had to pay for the service again. I have also asked them multiple times for a factura and yet haven't received anything. They keep saying they have sent it by email which is another lie, I have received nothing. Poor service, well they provide no service, just rip you off. Don't use them. My next steps are to file a police report against them and hopefully something will be done.
