I ordered a 140cm table in May and it finally arrived in September. The base was damaged and that was replaced by La Casa Bella, but the table top was also damaged. Unfortunately the company’s position is that it is not damage it’s just hand made. However, it is evident it’s been dropped in transit. Some repairs have been carried out on the table using a different coloured grout. In my opinion I have not received a table made by an artisan but something that looks third rate.

We bought a flat in Spain a couple of years ago to use each summer. We contacted Andy and Debbie to do a full redesign and furnish of the whole thing. We just love what they've done. We have an amazing funky unique flat but Andy and Debbie also added practical touches too. The whole flat is great to be in and has a real wow factor. They were both lovely to deal with too. If ever we buy a different flat in Spain they will be the first people we call. We're so happy with everything they've done for us. We can't recommend them enough.

I wanted to buy a Morrocan fountain (big one 80 kg) and have it shipped to Madeira. Whoever I corresponded with initially was not helpful. However, I tried again about a year later, knowing I could use a forwarding agent Lisbon to Madeira. This second time was a delight. The fountain was delayed getting to Malaga ( not their fault), and then Casa Bella arranged transport to Lisbon, and I arranged Lisbon to Madeira. Unfortunately someone ( probably customs) had unwrapped the base and left it a mess, so the tiles around the base, and a few others were damaged. It was obvious Casa Bella had wrapped it extremely well originally. When I told them, they very quickly sent us replacement tiles to fix it. We are in the process of starting repairs. The fountain works well and looks great. To ship anything to Madeira is like pulling teeth, so I was very happy they worked with me and gave me constant updates. FYI, the entire shipping cost around 200 euros. Overall a good experience (apart from customs damage).

La comunicación fue muy buena. Decidimos encargar una mesa a medida, partiendo de un modelo de la web. El asesoramiento fue muy bueno, y el resultado también. La mesa es tal y como la esperábamos. Muy buena coordinación y puntualidad en la entrega.
