We phoned for a diagnostic and the technician came out the next day,our air conditioning unit was not giving frio air, unfortunately the mother board on our outside unit had too many faults to be worthwhile repairing.We decided on a new unit,we were pleased with the price and the new unit was fitted within 2days.The technician was friendly,smart and professional,he worked hard and took all the boxes and rubbish away and left our house clean and tidy.He made sure we knew how to use it and didn't leave until we were happy it was working properly.It is a good quality unit and a good price.I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends and they go out of their way to be helpful and there is good communication between you and the manager.If you use this company you'll be well pleased and join with us in recommending them
