Que a nadie se le ocurra llamar a esta gentuza, te piden dinero por adelantado! Desaparecen, no cumplen el trabajo, te dan largas y largas y no vienen. Las máquinas que montan son marca blanca y no valen para nada. En fin podría decir mil cosas más, en mi caso voy a poner una denuncia a este personaje, su nombre es Alfonso.

El pasado diciembre le contrate la reforma de una vivienda con fecha previsible de inicio en marzo de 2023. Cuando se inicia la obra envía a un peón sin ningún tipo de preparación el cual no realiza ni en tiempo ni en forma su trabajo. La obra empieza a retrasase por culpa de esta empresa que no finaliza sus trabajos ralentizando el resto de oficios. Se compromete en varias ocasiones a ir y no van, deja de coger las llamadas llegando incluso a bloquearme. Cuando se le notifica la finalización y se le reclama la devolución de las cantidades aportadas en concepto de adelantos desaparece sin devolver el dinero ni dar solución a la situación. La ejecución del poco trabajo hecho es nefasta, teniendo que rehacerlo otra empresa y mucho cuidado con dar pagos adelantados.

Compre un aparato de aire acondicionado en esta empresa. En Diciembre caduca la garantía, y he visto unos fallos en el aparato últimamente. Me he puesto en contacto con el Sr Alfonso Delgado, que es el gestor de la empresa. En un principio no me cogía el teléfono. Después de mucho me responde y me dice que viene a las 9 del día siguiente, pero no se presenta. Lo vuelvo a llamar, me dice que se olvido pero que viene a las 11. Ni se presenta ni responde a las múltiples llamadas que le he hecho. No compren en esta empresa. Son unos informales, y no les van a responder a cualquier problema que tengan.

We had issues with our AC system which wasn't cooling. The team came in, spent hours inspecting the system (they charge by the hour), fixed part of the issue (AC was still not cooling) and requested to come back the next day to complete their job (claiming it will be quick as they spent hours "studying"/"familiarizing" themselves with the system). Out of courtesy, we provided advance payment on most of the amount owed. The next day, the team postponed the appointment's timing (~30min before arrival) from the morning to the afternoon. After waiting at home for their arrival, they messaged hours after the agreed slot suggesting to postpone the appointment yet again to the next day. The next day, they stopped answering calls/messages and did not show up. Extremely unprofessional. Should you use their services, then make sure that you only pay AFTER concluding works and be weary of the time spent as you can end up paying hundreds of euros with little to show for.
