My husband and me went to see a property that finally we bought, however the agent did not have a clue of questions I asked her about community fees, for instance she gave me a figure of less than half of the real fees ( if I know the real figure I don’t buy the property because now is causing financial difficulties but we took it for granted). When I asked about where the schools were she didn’t know either. All this means that they didn’t know anything about the property, because they share them with other agents. My advice, don’t buy from them or other agents they are all the same. Buy from the owner direct .All agents here share a data base.

We bought a property in Spain from Siesta Homes in 2016 (La Cala Hills Club) and they lied to us and all their buyers throughout the entire process. Supposedly all the structure and all the pipes, drainage etc. had been completely revamped. It turns out now hat there is massive structural failure on most of the properties’ terraces and up to the community of owners to remedy this with a substantial increase in HOA fees. They also told everybody that the land in front of the properties was protected and could not be built on, right now, two years later it is being surveyed for building thus destroying everybody's view of the mountains and ocean which was the only reason for buying the property at all. Approach all their projects with caution and do a lot more research than normally before you buy from them.
